Real Living At Home is proud to announce the acquisition of Arbour Realty, a boutique brokerage located in Arlington, Virginia. Adam Gallegos, broker and owner of Arbour, will continue on as an agent with the company, and will hand over management duties to Real Living At Home.
“I wanted to join a company that would serve my agents well,” says Gallegos. “A company that shares our philosophy that if you give your agents the right support, they will take that support to their clients. We are in a service industry and we can never forget that.”
Jason Sherman, CEO of Real Living At Home, is also excited about the acquisition. “We always knew that we wanted a presence in Virginia, but had planned to do it organically. Growth by acquisition can be dangerous. New ingredients always change the composition. As obvious as that sounds, it’s sometimes forgotten in business. What Arbour offers is so special in culture, we are excited to add it to what we have already been doing in DC and Maryland. Further, what our realtors already know, whenever something good happens for the brokerage, it means good things for them too.”
Real Living At Home is a residential real estate brokerage with offices in Chevy Chase, MD; Dupont Circle, DC; and Arlington, Virginia.
