Andres Serafini is the Founding Member and Principal of the The Washingtonian Group.

ANGELA HOYOS:

Angela is a model example of how to master your craft. Entering the real estate industry in 2003, Angela spent several years working as a settlement coordinator for a local title company. This job included researching title abstracts, preparing title binders for lenders, and helping underwriters insure title. There was no better career to learn how to take a contract to closing. When Angela’s entrepreneurial spirit finally got the better of her, she left the title industry to get her real estate license. Her first year in business, she closed more transactions than almost any other realtor with equal experience. She credits this accomplishment to focus and a true passion for helping her clients.

Today Angela continues to build on her success with a strong attention to detail and an easy bedside manner. To Angela, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone find the home of their dreams.

Angela is a founding member and principal of the Washingtonian Group.

BRENDA POMAR:

Brenda was born and raised in Lima, Peru and has been a DC metro-area resident for the last decade. She is a Realtor who has been in the industry since 2008.

Brenda started her real estate career by first working as an office administrator for two real estate firms and later on, as an operations manager for a nationally recognized real estate team, which she helped double their business in only three years. This experience has given her knowledge of the business inside and out.

Having assisted over a hundred clients with their real estate transactions in her previous job, Brenda has developed the ability to quickly connect with her clients and their needs. She has also attended some of the most renowned real estate conventions in the country to learn about negotiation strategies, in-depth real estate marketing and technology to better serve her clients. All this translates into a responsive and seamless experience.

Brenda continues to develop her knowledge base and expand her network throughout the area to provide exceptional service to her clients. Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers or sellers who wish to close the deal on their home, Brenda takes pride in her commitment to serve each and every client with the utmost professionalism.

When she is not selling real estate, Brenda enjoys cooking, interior design, yoga and spending time with her family.

TRANG BUI:

While attending The Robert H. Smith Business School at the University of Maryland, Trang took an internship at the Bozzuto Group. Although her internship was mostly administrative, it helped lay a proper educational foundation and ignited her passion for the industry. After graduating with a degree in marketing she temporarily digressed from real estate and accepted an offer for a company called Vocus – a huge online marketing firm. Trang soon came to realization that working in a tech-based company was not for her. “Sitting in front of computer all day does not parallel with my personality. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things, solving diverse problems and traveling to new places. Real estate encompasses many of these aspects and I can safely say I am truly happy with my career.”

While Trang considers herself a voracious learner of all things real estate, she believes the best part of her job is the relationships she makes. “I want to know my clients as if they were family. I want to know their interests and aspirations, their favorite foods and hobbies. Every client is unique and knowing these details helps me find them the perfect home.”

When not working in real estate, Trang likes to plan her next culinary or travel adventure. “I love going out to new restaurants and trying exotic foods. I also love to travel and have made it a personal goal to visit at least one new country a year. I guess you could say, the perfect day for me would be working with a client during the day and dining in a new country in the evening.”

BETTY ESCOBAR:

Betty is a proud Washingtonian. Born and raised in the heart of the nations capital, she prides herself among the select few to have lived here her whole life. After graduating from the University of Maryland’s reputable business program, Betty took everything she learned and opened a restaurant in Takoma Park, Md. While the majority of restaurants fail, Campeon Pollo a la Brasa continues to thrive today. The secret to it’s success is her work ethic, passion, and the relationship she has formed with her clients.

Betty believes that success is about the client. A happy client is someone who gets what they want and does not overpay. It’s a philosophy that translates well for real estate. Once you know what a homeowner can afford, help them find what they love and within their budget. While it seems simple, the secret ingredient to this strategy is getting to know your client and making sure you serve their needs. Taste in homes is like taste in food, it’s very personal.

When Betty is not working, she likes to keep life simple. This means spending time with her dog Max at the dog park or working up a sweat at the gym. Once the day is over, she and Max will ofter splurge on a pistachio cone at their favorite nearby gelato shop.

DIEGO TRUJILLO:

A lifelong resident of the DMV and proud Montgomery County homeowner, Diego has a true love for his community. Being local has provided him the knowledge and understanding of what makes this area such a great place to live.

With a background in home remodeling, he understands real estate in way that few other real estate agents do. He also believes that honesty and sound advice is the cornerstone to a long and trustworthy relationship.

When not selling real estate, Diego spends time with his wife and two sons. The family loves rooting for each of the boys when they compete on the field, then getting together to support their beloved Washington Redskins on Sundays.

Diego feels blessed to have found his American dream and believes he is able to help others do the same by helping them to purchase their home.

JORDAN CHRONOPOULOS:

Jordan is a native of Germantown, Maryland, with extensive knowledge in Montgomery County and the I-270 corridor.  Obtaining his real estate license at the young age of 19 has allowed him to combine his loves of helping people and looking at homes.

Currently a student at Montgomery College for a degree in Business Administration, Jordan deeply believes knowledge is power. That is why he is an avid book reader; he is eager to expand his knowledge and learn from other successful individuals. His go-getter mentality is what separates himself from most people, a quality that is difficult to find in the new generation of millennials.

Apart from helping his clients; Jordan enjoys playing soccer, and working out almost every day. He believes that your body is the single most important tool in life. Jordan wants to be in optimal health condition when he is out helping his clients get their dream home!

“The Way You Do Anything is the Way You Do Everything”

NATALI RAMIREZ:

Natali enjoys spending time exploring the Washington D.C. area with family and friends.

VALERIA SOTILLO:

Valeria was born and raised in Lima, Peru and she has lived in the DC Metro area for the past 11 years.

She has been in the real estate business since 2004, when she started working as a property manager for over 200 properties in Montgomery County, DC and Northern Virginia. Val’s experience with tenants and owners made her develop a knack for helping people find their ideal home and negotiate the best deals for both ends of the transaction.

People come first. Buying and selling houses can be stressful and it’s important for Val to make sure that the client is feeling supported throughout the process. She understands the real estate market is time sensitive and good communication is key. She’s also levelheaded, resourceful, and personable.

Be it buyers, renters and sellers, they all deserve the same attention and great service.

Valeria loves cooking for her family and trying new foods. Lately she’s been into wine and food pairing. She also loves hiking with her husband and their rescue puppy Ringo. They also have 3 rescued cats and she’s a huge advocate for adopting homeless pets. Everybody deserves a home!
