Anyone who meets Randolph Adair for the first time knows that he is passionate about living and working in the Washington, DC Metro area. “I have had a reverence and awe for Washington ever since my first trip here at age 7 on a family vacation. I still feel the same about the city today as I did back then. The Architecture, the Potomac, the Monuments, the History, the Seat of Democracy. The People of our nation are represented here by their art, intellect, industry and personality. Then you have the introduction of the international contingency that represent and present their histories and cultures. The meshing of all this diversity is what I love about living in Metro Washington. It’s a great place to live and I get to help others find the right home so that they can participate in that experience.”
Randolph came into real estate with an extensive business and medical education that led him earlier into the healthcare field where he provided clinical treatment and case management. He was also involved in the financial and managerial duties as clinical director of a national company and his own private practice. “As each patient’s situation and needs are dynamic and ever changing, so it is with each real estate client and transaction. There is multitasking, seeing the transaction from many angles not in just terms of content of the contract and offer, but also in how each party is affected. Then looking forward there is the follow through to make sure the transaction is carried out successfully.” Randolph’s professionalism has been demonstrated on both the buy and sell side of the transaction, particularly clients who are purchasing their first home, second/weekend/city home, and investment property or moving to the DC area for first time. “I think my enthusiasm and love for living in the Greater Washington area, has been my motivation to know, learn, and experience the city. My friends and clients are keenly aware of my knowledge of the “what and where” of how to live and enjoy this great city.”
When I'm not selling real estate
I volunteer several hours each month to coach and help individuals struggling with stress, grief and addiction. Helping someone caught up in the emotional pain and despair is so rewarding to see the stress lift off of them, break free from their addiction, and help them return to the life they do want.
