Carlos Evans started his real estate career in 2004 as a real estate investor, purchasing and renovating properties in the Washington, DC area. Carlos’ work ethic, drive, and real estate knowledge were a natural fit for working with investors, builders and developers. Even as a top producing agent he continues to invest in education and training in order to remain highly competitive in the marketplace.
His other specialized areas of knowledge include: Luxury Home Sales, Sports Athletes, and Multi-unit/Condo conversions projects. He appeared on several episodes of HGTV’s “Get it Sold”. Carlos holds a Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), one of the highest designations in Residential Real Estate, with only 8% of Realtors nationwide holding this distinction. Carlos studies market statistics and trends to better service his clientele in protecting their assets.
