Brian has lived in the Falls Church/Northern Virginia area for the past 26 years. Midwestern born and Southern raised, Brian has lived in 13 states throughout his life, but is happy to call the DC area his home.
Brian brings a unique background of Marketing, Advertising Sales and Media Management experience to Real Living. He is a third generation Indiana University Hoosier Alumnus. Brian’s well-rounded success began early when he joined General Motors as a District Manager responsible for the Sales and Marketing between General Motors and the dealership network. After GM, Brian had a very successful career in Advertising Sales and Management with Yellow Book USA yellow pages. Brian gained insight into sales negotiations and attention to details when he worked for The Washington Post as an Advertising Sales Manager for major accounts on the retail side. He lead the business side of The Washington Post by being involved in the Home Section as well as helped create the FW Magazine. Brian mostly recently worked in the online media world helping start a new division for online marketing with smaller businesses leading the sales teams in the meteoric growth of the client base from 387 clients to over 7400 clients within a 2 1/2 year period.
Brian is finally following his passion for real estate by joining Real Living. He is experienced in the buying and sell of his own properties and knows first hand the importance of direct communication and follow up. His objectives are simple: Provide world class customer service, educate his clients in the buying and selling process from offer to contract to settlement, communicate in a timely and professional manner, and manage the buying and selling of your home with the utmost professionalism and attention to details.
