Angela is a model example of mastering one’s craft. After entering the real estate industry in 2003, Angela spent several years working as a settlement coordinator for a local title company. This job included researching title abstracts, preparing title binders for lenders, and helping underwriters insure title. There was no better preparation to learn the ins and outs of taking a contract to closing. When Angela’s entrepreneurial spirit finally got the best of her, she left the title industry to get her real estate license. Her first year in business, she closed more transactions than almost any other realtor with comparable experience. She credits this accomplishment to focus and a true passion for helping her clients.
Angela is a founding member and principal of The Washingtonian Group. Today she continues to build on her success with a strong attention to detail and an easy bedside manner. To Angela, there is nothing more rewarding then helping someone find the home of their dreams.
Angela prides herself on being a strong supporter of the real estate community. She is a member of the GCAAR YPN Committee. She is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and NAHREP Maryland Chapter Committee member.
When I'm not selling real estate
When Angela is not in the office or running around with her clients, she devotes as much time as possible to her family. She and her husband David have two daughters, Sofia and Valentina, a new baby named Oliver, and two dogs, Paco and Lola. They enjoy bike rides and the kids sports events; but when the soccer game is over and house chores are done, its back to the clients!!
