Justin serves as President and head of Business Development for Real Living| At Home. After graduating from the University of North Texas in 2006, Justin joined his family’s team in residential real estate as a new sales associate. He quickly set himself apart from his well-known family by earning individual elite sales levels. His quick success found him tapped to be placed in management as the broker for a nationally recognized company. As the youngest broker within the company, he reached internal acclaim by elevating his office from “worst to first” in his geographic region. What made this so unique was that he did it developing new agents and not recruiting seasoned professionals.
Justin continues developing agents by working one-on-one with everyone at Real Living. Justin and his support staff assist with marketing, technology, listing presentations, and more. His training has garnered so much attention that he is regularly asked to give seminars throughout the country. Focused on Real Living, he rarely accepts.
When Justin is not at work, he trains his four year old son for a spot on the 2030 US World Cup team. His loving wife is making alternate arrangements.
Vice President, Virginia
Brooke serves as Vice President and Broker of our Virginia office.
At the age of six, Brooke knew she wanted to be in real estate. For the last few years, she has been gathering a breadth of practical knowledge by traveling nationwide, seeking top mentors and participating in sponsored leadership training. She has also been sought out by the National Association of Realtors as a speaker, contributor to The Washington Times, and asked to chair or participate on many state and local committees.
Her well-reviewed involvement in the field, board certified instructor experience, and being the managing broker of multiple offices, has prepared Brooke to best advise agents and clients though their real estate quest. She constantly sets out to make this industry stronger, more ethical, and better service oriented.
When Brooke is not working (yes, it does happen from time to time) she is finding an adventure. Which way is the wind blowing?
